I get it, you dont have an answer.

.22lr. at 50 yards is fun, cheap, and gets boring

9mm at 50 yards is fun, cheap and you can use it for defensive purposes. In some 9mm rounds goes out the barrel at 357 4? velocity.

With so many better rifle options, I'd never consider using 9mm for defense.

For carry or stashed away, a 9mm pistol is a great close range option imo.

I just have no reason to use that caliber out of a rifle. Basically pointless.

You better hope the bad guy isn't shooting at you with a more substantial rifle (which he must be if you're shooting at him at distance).

        Good luck.

I’m not a huge 9mm carbine fan, but I can certainly see how this would be an effective and advantageous carbine to have.

It would make a good truck gun, especially if your carry gun is a 9mm M&P, it’s easy to store, you have ammo and mag commonality with your carry sidearm and you have a much more accurate and stable platform to deliver your shots on target.

It’s folds small fairly easy to carry in a bag or rucksack, fairly quick to deploy and use. In any type of engagement/gunfight I’d much rather have a carbine than a handgun 95% of the time.

My truck gun is a 5.56 AR, but if Glock was ever to come out with this type of carbine I’d seriously think of replacing the truck AR with one.
Im a warmonger baby, I got blood in my eyes and I'm looking at you.

So you've never bought a gun just because you like it?

I can tell you I own many guns that are "pointless", my M1 Garand in the present day is pointless but I still bought it.

Looks like a fun little gun for a somewhat reasonable price.

I recently built a 9mm upper and it is a blast to shoot!!!

While I would not generally choose it for home defense, it would still do the job.

But really, you two should get a room.

Interestingly he never gave that as a response...

                  I just brought one home.

Cool PCC, uses all my M&P mags, will look nice lined up with my HK MP5L, B&T SPC9, and Kel-Tec Sub2k
You will never, in your life, have a chance like this again.
If I were you, I would not pass this up. I would not let this go by...this is rare.

Love mine as well, it's a great little carbine and all my M&P hardware as well is compatible. Just have one thing to say to LBDamned:

Nice. I bought a G19 Sub2k a while ago. Its ok. This S&W one looks a lot better. I Picked up 2 Evo Scorpions after that (currently waiting on SBR tax stamps). I always bring out at least 1 Scorpion, so the Sub2k stays buried somewhere. I mainly shoot them 50+ yards out because they easily do it. I can plink steel with them at 100, but wind greatly affects them where I shoot. First shot is a usually a ft or 2 off, then you gotta use some kentucky windage. Makes it fun.
