Submitted my eForm1 for 2 Scorpion EVOs today. NFA virgin here. All my friends have NFA stuff, a good friend is a FFL07 SOT thats always tryin to get me to do paperwork for suppressors and stuff. I know the paperwork with trust takes 8mo+, but Ive heard these tax exempt pistol brace firearms done via eform1 are fairly quick. We'll see.

In my experience, freebie eForm 1 applying as a trust takes about 4 months. That is with paper FP.

But, the wait might get longer with everyone rushing to beat the deadline.

Awesome. Yeah, individual with .eft. I made an NFA trust a few years ago, but never used it due to the extended wait times. Its not valid for this exemption, so it was easy.
