I has incendiary rounds but it weren't me.
edit: I especially don't have incendiary bullets in my shotgun.The forest service released the above video in hopes that someone can identify the man seen in the video. We had a similar incident in Boise in 1996, but it seemed to have started by an off-duty firearms instructor shooting tracers at the police firing range. Burned 14000 acres, and also triggered an intense microclimate thunderstorm in the valley that knocked out power for a week or more in many rural areas. There was talk of charging the officer, but he engaged an attorney who claimed he didn't cause the fire.
