Garrett Lewis with a state legislator, it's on his podcast too.
They were discussing election reforms again, which will be very hard to get past Hobbs' veto. One of the parts of Kari Lake's lawsuit still remaining, is the mail-in ballot signature verification process. The process was part of the legislative session discussion. Apparently, when it's at the final stage of signature comparison, there is no opposite-party observer. It was disclosed that when the signature info is pulled up from the database for comparison, the party registration is displayed on the screen! How effed up is that? Maybe that's why the samples pulled showed signatures that didn't match on a lot of ballots.
