Update - Goodyear New Construction Progressing

Building a new Richmond American home in Goodyear, just wrapped up the SST (electrical/low voltage and data) appointment and the home design appointment in Scottsdale.

Rocking and rolling on our future home! We're leasing in Buckeye till new construction is done.

DMV handled, we both have our driver's licenses, AAA moved to AZ address, and will get the vehicles registered end of June. Both kids are registered for school, son is already singed up for baseball in Litchfield Park.

Now just counting down the days till we are OUT of Commifornia. 19 to go!

What floor plan. We are in a Richmond Deacon with the RV garage. South West edge of Phoenix in the Toscano area. Nice homes. HOA is a bit of a nuisance but all new homes are.

We did the Hanson, I needed that 3rd car garage space (tandem) and the home management space. We're 12 miles west of you.

Did you get the RV garage. I put a 4 post lift in. I park the bronco over my excursion. Back half of the RV garage under a storage loft is the man cave loading area.
