McCall winter carnival jan 28 - feb 6

Might want to check this iconic Idaho event out- parade and amazing ice sculptures along the streets of McCall. Wife and I took a drive up Fri and there is (finally!) plenty of snow to carve. Amazing number of cars heading up from TV. Event has really grown over the years. Maybe going on a weekday would avoid congestion.

Wife and I went up today (Sat Jan 29), the parade was cancelled but lots of people were there and the sculptures were great.

Get there earlier in the day for better getting around.
