Well, you said "in/near Idaho". Nampa is in/near Idaho. So is Post Falls.
Look up Lewis and Clark Traders. They have gun shows all over the state, and are usually large. I believe they have one sometimes in Twin Falls.Always looking for vintage Winchester and Marlin lever action rifles. Looking to sell? Know of one for sale? Drop me a line!

Interesting to know.
I live in the greater Boise area, and so have only been to three show venues in Idaho - The Boise show (Nampa), Homedale, and Marsing. The Nampa show is held at the Ford exhibition center and is large. Lots to see usually. Homedale is very small, but deals can be found depending on what you're looking for and how hard you scour the tables Marsing is bigger than Homedale - probably twice the size.
I just assumed that since the Nampa show was put on by Lewis and Clark, that all their shows were on the large side. Thinking about it, I suspect it has to do with Idaho's population density. The Treasure Valley area comprises the bulk of the state's population, so I guess it makes sense that is where the biggest show is located. I've been tempted to make the 2 hour drive to the Twin Falls show, but maybe not, now.......

I think you'll find in a lot of states, certainly TN, that outside of the big cities that gun shows are pretty small and are frequented by the same guys over and over. It's mostly us good ol' boys getting together and rubbing shoulders and doing a little horse trading.
Most transactions around here seem to stem from online classifieds, Armslist, and Facebook marketplace "discreet" sales.Buy made in USA whenever possible.Comment
