Even in MO there was a split vote.
Sen. Roy Blunt voted Yea.
Sen. Josh Hawley voted Nay.
Personally, I was against. However, when one of my senators voted Yea, it made me thinking...maybe we really have to invest in our infrastructure as a nation?
On the other hand it might be a huge blunder when Bidens, Harrises and other Pelosis are drunk on power? -

This bill was passed to pacify the unions who are upset about all the illegals pouring across the border, threatening their livelihoods.

Its mostly pork for blue states and cities. I just became an Idahoan (moved in a couple weeks ago and got my license yesterday) so I was pretty disappointed.
I'd like to hear from them why they voted for it. I might give them a call in the next few days to find out why.sigpicC'mon man, shouldn't we ban Democracks from Cal-Guns? Or at least send them to re-education camps.Comment

"infrastructure" to dems is pissing away taxpayer dollars
on "green" scams like solyndra, sjw pet projects, and
gorging themselves like leftist pigs in a gravy trough.
they're not fixing actual infrastructure like roads, etc.sigpicOriginally posted by dunndealStop digging.iTraderOriginally posted by BrassCaseI only buy fireworks from Three Finger Willie over at One Eyed Jack's Fireworks.

This was my second thought!
For Cameltoe Harris infrastructure simply means "bridges to Mexico", and other "doctors and engineers" pouring through our borders.Comment

Impossible not to concur!
I recall that (many years ago) the governor Moonbeam Brown said: "If we won't build the roads, they wouldn't come". (Quoting from memory. And he meant influx of people coming to (then) a Golden State, back in the 80/90 period).
Since then instead of building the pubic roads, water reservoirs, support for the free enterprise, small business, and so on, CA "accomplished" to build the best social network for illegals, and other socially defunct.
No wonder, that I became a "refugee", and now live in a "normal" state!
Back to California infrastructure issue: No single water retention reservoir was built in eons.
Mulholland water project was initially built almost 110 years ago!
How long it's going to last?Comment

"Good intentions will always be pleaded for every assumption of authority. It is hardly too strong to say that the Constitution was made to guard the people against the dangers of good intentions. There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern. They promise to be good masters, but they mean to be masters." -Daniel WebsterComment
