Always looking for vintage Winchester and Marlin lever action rifles. Looking to sell? Know of one for sale? Drop me a line!

A few transferrable M2 guns on GunBroker now. Not ours:

PLUS 200 bucks and transfer fees, lol.
If you just want a machine gun a MAC is about half the cost, and from there you can get 5.56 uppers or 9mm uppers that take drums, etc.Comment

Yep, cheaper at about $7k to $10k for a transferrable. We have two M11/9 guns, both post dealer samples, so 1/10th the cost to obtain. One has a Lage slow-fire upper on it and is great for sub-gun competition here in AZ. The other is all original and is just a bullet hose, unergonomic, inaccurate and dangerous as originally configured to someone not familiar with the gun. They are interesting in their own way, but not M2 interesting.
Lage upper:
Original, notice the crappy stock partially folding during fire:

I guess, but the MAC is more modular and flexible. Works well with modern optics, etc.Yep, cheaper at about $7k to $10k for a transferrable. Full disclosure, I have shot M1 carbines, but not an M2. And I have a friend with a MAC that I've burned thousands of rounds through.Comment

Yes, very flexible!

They say those are very quiet. True?Comment

You will never, in your life, have a chance like this again.
If I were you, I would not pass this up. I would not let this go by...this is rare.
Come on...what harm??

Compared to a dedicated can like a Osprey or Octane, not as quiet. The Maxim has a truly awful factory trigger as well. We tried an aftermarket solution that resulted in light strikes with all 3 springs provided. Would be nice if there was an aftermarket stock solution, but no. I think Silencerco discontinued it.

Open bolt 10/22. Started as a Ruger Charger takedown pistol. Cyclic rate is about 1800 RPM. Recoil is a firm push since it's punching out about 900 grains of lead in one second:

NICE! I had a chance shoot a Norrel conversion 10/22 and it was a blast to shoot. With a drum magazine it took less than 2 seconds to dump the entire drum. My next NFA purchase will be a machinegunComment
