I remember those days...moving from the SF bay area to near Boise. At that time not a lot of people made that move, so it wasn't easy to find a truck and moving company that wanted to go to Idaho. We got to Idaho and moved in with in-laws.
10 days later a truck showed up at the new place. We were advised our shipment was split into two trucks...hard to understand as we filled a trailer full when we left Texas. The first truck contained furniture. The second carried the rugs that went under the furniture.
The second truck arrived in a week, and it was move the furniture out, move the rugs in, and move the furniture back in. Damn near a full day...2800 sq. ft. and 2 stories. Not something we'd like to do again. The price went up, but thank God it was a company paid move.True wealth is time. Time to enjoy life.
