I know there is a Reloading for sale section, but thought I would post it here. I am near CDA and I have 1k Winchester large rifle magnum primers, i want to trade for 1k CCI or Winchester small pistol primers.

There are trades requested on both sites, but you're on the wrong side of the demand curve. Small rifle/pistol primers are going for more than the others.

Crazy prices. I've seen between 200 and 300 dollars, particularly for small pistol and rifle primers.

Sad when resellers take advantage of the situation, but it's the free market.

Some of the cases of primers that I put away over the years have price tags of $19 per 1000. Oh for the good old days...

I've been tempted, but I cannot bring myself to sell any of my primers or powder even at the ridiculous prices they command currently. However, I've been giving them away to shooting friends in dire need, which hopefully provides me with a Karma credit!

Thanks for the suggestions. Gratefully I am set for srp’s and spp’s. I for the life of me cannot figure out how I got them. I just want to increase my supply.

Your listing says that you are in Stockton, CA. That is a long way from CDA. If you are near CDA, ID, I have 1k CCI500 small pistol primers I would trade for 1K of your Win. large rifle magnum primers, unless someone tells me that they are not suitable for an AR10 style rifle and that I should only use CCI34 primers.
