CA --> PA is the plan

Is there anything any former Kalifornians who are now back east can tell me about life in Pennsylvania? My wife and I have established a great life in CA but I am from NJ and want to go back to be close to family. And itll be a cold day in hell before I go back to NJ.

We are looking to be in the Montgomery Cty, Delco, Bucks area.

Parts of PA, WV and parts of OH...it is all nice rural area. But PA is always trying to screw gun rights. I'd be cautious.

I'm in the tri state area, Bucks is nice, but not familiar with your other picks. I'd advise to go live there a few weeks on an extended stay before a move. Or subscribe to a newspaper from there...if they still print any.

I spent lots of time in Jersey City. There is some nice rural areas in Jersey. But it is not for me. All those dem runs states are very restrictive for guns. When I was in Jersey it was illegal to pump your own gas.
