Looking for insider info from a 153A or an Army WO in general on how to get accepted into said program

Have some college credit, 5 letters of recommendation, a good score (110+) on the Army flight aptitude test, and some luck. The Army is paring down the number of people they are sending through flight school as of late, but it isn't impossible.
