Going on leave and need info

So I'm driving home from Ft. Hood Texas and I want to take my ACR home. What I need to know is what I need to do so I can avoid getting in trouble.

I know I need to make sure I have the fix stock and bullet button. Am I allowed to take my high cap p mags? Do I need paper work?

Don't bring the high cap mags or disassemble them while out of state and do not reassemble until you cross the border back into Arizona or Nevada. You don't need any paper work, just remember the magazine thing. The fixed stock and bullet button are all you'll need beside some new 10 round magazines.
