Any prior EFMB candidates here?

Anybody with experience on the EFMB have anything to share or tips and tricks to get through the lanes? JBLM is hosting it this year and we kick off next week! All candidates in my unit have been gearing up for this the past 2 months but it would be nice to hear what a badge holder has to say

I don't have much to offer but a few of the medics from my unit are going to be going through it also. I hear it is pretty fun.

Depends on who does it. Every post hosts their own . My advice to you is get reallly good with land nav ( Day and night) , CBRN stuff and learn to repeat what you are doing just like you did in AIT. We have a few EFMB holders in our aid station and i trained with them but never went.

Its all mental, just keep thinking that it does not end when you think it is going to. They mess with you alot on the finish.
