Yeah, McClellan (MP reclass) in AL was a dump, 90s temps and same for humidity.

I'll take McCoy (13F reclass), WI and Williams (BNCOC/ ALC) in UT over most others I've been to, although Sill wasn't all that bad, other than JFO being an extremely stressful course, some of my soldiers are there now, half of my guys and half the class failed out and was sent home halfway thru the two week course. Which was about the same when I went thru.

Dix was lame, did mobilization and PLDC/WLC there. We shall see how Robinson in Arkansas treats me when I go for SDM.

Robinson was pretty nice when I went through there in 2004 for a 2 week course. Think on post "hotel like" accommodations. Great fitness center, mile long all weather track and Littlerock's downtown river walk is fun too.

I agree. I hate Camp Roberts. The brown water is disgusting. Guard dogs are awesome though. Barracks were nasty. Camp SLO had better barracks but a worse PX. The PX at Roberts was way better. The beds can give you nasty rashes too.

we usually go to roberts for training, been going to hunter ligget these last couple months - so much nicer all around, better barracks, chow hall, ranges, and training areas. Camp Roberts just sucks.

Upside is, now you can file for exposure to asbestos on your end of enlistment disability. Thats 10% right there. Thats cash in hand.

Just make sure you dont shoot any lead boolets there.......the poor condors.
