    Convoy movement along I-5.

    I was wondering if there was any major FTX at Camp Pendleton this week? I was on the 5 south yesterday following a Convoy of Humvees through traffic Looked like they were M1114's up armored's. As well as support ones. Looks like they came from MCAS Miramar, as I got off at the same off ramp.

    Then this morning I saw them around Del Mar heading back North towards the base.

          We'll they had a FTX " Steel Knight" in Dec of 2012. Was wondering if that's still a ongoing thing. Nvm I found my answer, I guess its a MAGTF FTX so it's still ongoing. Hardly opsec when their own newspaper released it.

                      Uh. Drill weekend? I run convoys all the time, often for no reason other than to put miles on the trucks.
                      Urban legends are a poor basis for making public policy.

                                      Hated that **** when we got new trucks. Had to drive 500 miles to break them in.
