My soldiers and I took an oath to support and defend the constitution of the USA, and to follow the legal orders of those above us. Other than resigning my commision, yes I (we) would. The US is a democratic republic, and in this scenario, it would appear to be the will of the people (at least their representatives). Fortunately under the posse commitis act, unless there is a declared national emergency, the military has no police powers, so by law, it would be illegal for us to do this. If martial law was declared, then there is your answer.
