have you ever been to Ft.Bragg and heard of "Operation CleanSweep" that happens twice a year? Im talking about like cleaning up pine cones out of the damn forest

I can remember aboard ship whether tied up or at sea, @ 0700 a bosun would pipe down sweepers over the the 1MC.

And say, sweepers man your brooms, get a clean sweep down to and fro and catch the corners as you go !

God I miss that.

Out of all the places i've been stationed I've never had to do crap like that.....article 15 and extra duty handles that

That is unless they want to write new orders for a few days and pay me. I'm off he clock and my DD214 will say Sept 14, 2012 not next week and no one can be on orders come Oct 1st. So it was a move by the chain of command to utilize the man power to clean things up while they still had us.
