Rock Island Arsenal named Center of Excellence for Add-On-Armor

I was not aware that RIA did more than just firearms. They made a pretty good product that has stopped shrapnel from one VBIED and a couple of rounds from hitting me while in the turret. I'm sure a lot of other guys have had similar luck on here.

They are not the same company. Rock Island Armory is a civilian leg of the US Army. They are GS employees and usually deal in Depot level maintance on tanks and up armored vehicles.
