    Touche. Now I know, and knowing is half the battle.

    Question now about the weapons in the armory: As the armorer is responsible for those weapons in his/her care, do they have to be handed out with zero rust as they are when they are turned in?

      If you ever get to Naval base San Diego you will see rust mossburg shot guns that they have at the gates.
      I was on a crew remodeling a gate and they allowed only foot traffic the guard (seeing him up close) had rust throughout the exterior of the barrel.
      I spoke to the military guard and he told me all weapons were maintained by civilian contractors.
