Anyone ever work for BAE Systems?

I know about the whole drama with them and the MoH recipient but that's not what I'm asking about here.

Has anyone ever worked there and if so what is the corporate climate like? I'm thinking of applying for an Intel Analyst position and looked around on Glassdoor.com at reviews and most of the reviews are mediocre. I have realized when people do post reviews somewhere it's mostly to complain but whatever.

Any input?

I know of fellas who worked repair in ship yards for them and i worked with a few BAE guys several years ago when the Marine Corps bought some gear from them. The guys that worked repair liked the work but the pay sucked i guess. Im sure on the Analyst side there would be better pay and hours. Im sure you could better feel them out during an interview, best of luck.
