Nope, Army will even make you two sets. If you have fallen arches or very high arches are the only issues I can think of that might be questionable.

You're a duck. Ducks aren't allowed in the Army, they have to join the Navy or Marines.

You should be fine, either way you can get a waiver for almost anything it seems.
