How do you figure? The Army doesn't issue everything to everyone. They've been known to put in orders for just a few hundred weapons at a time.

I figure because I am overseas and I have worked with some of them. I am not saying I am mister high speed or anything but due to my job, I get to do some cool stuff every now and then.

Interesting because I've heard of guys buying handguns and taking them to the sandbox for use as a sidearm. Not ordinary guys, special forces type of guys.

Elite forces get access to all kinds of special gear and procurement funds. Chances are very good that all the weapons they carry has been purchased by the taxpayers just like every other weapon in our arsenal.

That could be. The last team that was out here was pretty high speed. THey had all kinds of different handguns. I should have asked them. The guys now have M9's.
