I just bought a Navy Seal work out and nutrition book yesterday.
So today i started off with interval training of the book, my work out consisted of the following:
20 min warm up jog and jumping jacks and " hi Jacks, Hi jills '
One mile warm up, slow pace.
10 minutes lower body stretching
Quarter mile sprint w/ 60-90 second jogs. Repeat x5
Half mile sprints 2-3 minute jogs X3 ( wasn't able to complete)
One mile cool down, easy pace
and whole body stretching.

Then i did 5 sets of 10 lap pulls downs on my bow flex
3 sets of 10 Scapular Protractions
35 push ups
Needless to say i was feeling good
Had to take off my sunglasses due the sweat stinging my eyes, thats how you know your doing it right
