Transferring Reserve Units

My company commander and the gaining unit have already signed off on my 4651-R.

My question is, what are the next steps? Do I have my UA send it up the chain?

Is it likely that my request to transfer units will be denied? I found a job in Boston and will be moving out there mid-June.
