    Quick question

Pretty sure I know the answer to this, but I want to double check. Can I buy cali legal guns in CO and bring them to cali? My home of record is in CO and I have a CO drivers license and I still pay CO taxes so I'm still considered a resident of CO and I can do that, right?

yes if the store will sell them to you . Make sure to configure them to legal specs when inside of cali. What you want to do is buy Off Roster handguns and bring them in with you they appreciate in value

        Check out this thread.

In short, if you own a weapon that you purchased and is legal in your state of residence, but considered an assault weapon by CA law and are stationed in CA as an active duty service member, you can register it with the DOJ and apply for an AW waiver and leave it the way it is. Or you can just convert it to be within compliance of CA law.

yea if you buy them out of state . When entering cali you have a few days to declare that you brought them in with your move. Then you can keep them or sell them
