    Marine?

Notice the logo on his shirt?
At the end, when they show all his tatoos?

I'm going to say Army because of the Army Combat Infantry Badge.
For a combat soldier, the difference between success and failure is your ability to adapt to your enemy. The people that we deal with, they don't care about the rules. All they care about is a result. My job is to stop them from completing their objective, at all costs.

Well I was going to say fake. Watch the video of how they both served together and they show his friend in a marine uniform. Also notice all the tatoos at the end. I could be wrong.

I didn't watch the whole video but now that I hd a chance to I noticed that he had an "0341" tattoo, which is a Mortarmen MOS for the Corps. Maybe he was in both service? I don't know. I hope he is not trying to be a faker and all.

Yea thats what I thought too after viewing the whole video. Like I said before, he may have done both service. While it is a rarity, it does happen. I am an example of this.

If you notice at 1 min into the video he said he and his buddie were going to get the tatoo done but he never made it back. Why would a Marine get an Army tatoo. By the way I was in 1st as well stationed in San Mateo.

I was reading some of the comments on youtube. Didn't read them all but some say he's been outed as a phony. If someone finds out the real scoop then post it for the rest of us. I sure would like to know.

It seems odd to Me too. There is no kind of back story told in the clip.Without knowing the whole story,I'll refrain from calling BS in any form or fashion here....But if this guy is a faker...You know what I think about that.....
Now the guy I busted and told about it in another thread,He WAS a BS'er and I put Him on front street.

Ya I dont understand why a Marine would get a Combat Infantry Badge tattoo. It doesnt make sense to me. Its great that he honored his friend. But I'm very confused. I know my friends that got dog tag tattoos of our friends that died in combat or some other tatto in their honor. Again very confused.

Around 2 min 20 sec he mentions they were in boot camp. Maybe they were in the Corp together and then joined the Guard.
