So far so good I like that they show some fighting alot of these types don't and they always would talk about why we are there or asking if we belong there.

Don't expect much. The 'sitting on a hill guarding dirt' comment about sums up the guy's time with the unit. It just happened he visited during a relatively quiet month or two. As I recall there was only the one time that bullets went in his direction. (Reportedly he hit the ditch, fast)

I never expect much of these types of movies. They are interesting but I hate how the troops have to get all political. I don't think I ever cared why we were there just that I hated being bored because that meant we were gonna get f'd with by the higher ups. Do some stupid working party or count something a thousand times. It just looks a little better than normal.
