Anyone recently go through Ranger school?

I want to request it when I re-up in a couple years.
I figure I should start up'ing the "fun" in my running and add more weight to my runs.
    Input? Training recommendations?

I went through in 2000 if that is recent enough! Learn the Ranger creed forwards and backwards or the instructors will tear you a new one.

I graduated in June of '06. Definitely keep up on the cardio but also I would start rucking a lot more for PT with extra weight. You only have to run like a rabbit really for the first week.

+1 to coyote hunter, you need need to know the creed if you want to eat, and trust me you don't want to waste any time at the chow hall.

Good luck. I am thinking about going to Ranger school also. There is a series of videos on youtube about it if you haven't seen it yet. It breaks it down almost daily.

Wow I didn't know we've had so many rangers among us!

How good are you at functioning while half-asleep? It helps when you don't have a sleep regimen.

Also, you've probably learnt not to volunteer too much by now, but I've discovered that if you do volunteer (when most people don't), they get sick of you and leave you mostly alone. Then again, my experience isn't as recent as the other guys'. Maybe they like those who volunteer now

NBTNDT and I don't know the color of the boathouse at Hereford.

I thought this was funny as hell and should bring back some memories for the Scrolled and Tabbed (the RI Theme Song):
