There was a thread going on over at another forum and even though the rifle is dropped it was a good video.

Whoa, guess that Garand's seen better days, that was a pretty impressive break between the fore-end and the barrel. Wonder how much razzing that LCpl got after the show.

    Still super moto though.

SO glad I'm not in a part of the Corps that stresses drill as much as the others...

HAHAH Thanks for sharing this, I always wanted to see what happened when they dropped the rifle. That was pretty funny. It breaks and he just hands it back to him. LOL

Aw crap, that was hard to watch. I thought he was going to get another chance, but it split in half as he was trying again. Good job maintaining bearing though. I remember our NJROTC Drill team. We did the same stuff and kicked *** at the competition. We even did that over the shoulder throw that that private missed...except we caught it Won first place that year.

They're not Privates... they're Lance Corporals or PFC's.

Yep, you can call a LCPL a CPL or a LTCol a Col but not backwards.

                            LOL, very true, indeed.

I always wondered if they dropped a rifle during a performance, hurts to watch.

                            +1 for bearing.
