    Gettin promoted

    August 1st I'll be getting promoted to E6.. Finally! ok that's all

    refresh me: Branch? I am betting Marines, but not sure.

    If its Marines or Army, congrats SSGT Select

    If its Air Force, Congrats TSGT

    If its Coast Guard, congrats PO1

    and, if its Navy, how the hell are you getting promoted August 1st....haha.

            Kermit - a Marine would never say he was being promoted to "E6", but would say SSgt (or would most likely spell it out completely)

                I normally would just say I'm making "first", or first class but I figured not everyone would know what that meant.
