If you just want to get a shadowbox, I know Michael's Craft Stores have them ready to go - though I understand if you want to make your own

You can have one made by inmates at Fort Leavenworth in their wood shop.

sigpicIf you loan someone twenty dollars and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

Go to a craft store and buy one along with some velcro with adhesive on the back and voila! insta shadow box, i made one for my wife and it was easy and came out just as good as the $100 plus boxes they make on base or sell online. I made a matching one for challenge coins and both look super.

I'd like to thank every one who contacted me with tips and information especially Daves100, for putting me in contact with Tim and Lalane H. who worked togeather to build my shadow box. The box was built from hand selected pieces of cocobolo and Tim's attention to detail was fantastic.
          Thanks again,
