I peruse the service members subsection of the forum as much, if not more than, the other sections of this board. I see quite a few members with banners in the signature portions of their posts depicting their service, rank, awards, etc. I was wondering... is there a particular tool or application that produces this banner or does a member here produce them for individuals?
