    Need help identifying service ribbons

I'm helping out a teenager figure out what ribbons her grandfather earned in WWII. so far I've got them all identified except the matching two on the right hand side - blue, white, red, white, red, white, blue. Any of you have any ideas?

I believe it's a Certificate of Merit. The grandson should be very proud of his Grandfather.

you can turn them in and get the The Distinguished Service Cross
[DSC] in place of the certficate of merit
