    Air Force TBAS

I'm joining the AF and going to take the TBAS next Tuesday. Does anyone here have taken the test or know what it is like?

    Thanks

If that's what they're calling the ASVAB now, it was pretty simple for me, mid-high 90s across the board. It was a lot shorter than I thought it would be.

Brush up on algebra and basic mechanical theory, and you should be fine.

Edit: Google is your friend! The TBAS is the Test of Basic Aviation Skills. Basically determines if you'd make a decent pilot. If you have no prior flying experience, go take a quickie intro flight lesson this weekend. If you've already taken lessons and know your way around an aircraft, you'll probably do fine.

Also, have a look at this: http://www.ehow.com/how_2060494_pass-tbas.html
