got me one of these.
Seems like it wants to be nice and snug(with all my might) but resists getting pulled a little extra tight (so my pants don't ride down carrying a pack with hip pads). Is that just the way they are, and have they been Govt engineered not to get pulled too tight, and pretty much get pulled the exact DoD approved snuggness?
