It's looking like I get my first command next FY

2 years ago I was an E5 with two PVTs I was responsible for.

Now it looks like I'm to take command of my current company. It's a legit sized sustainment company too, not an administrative HQ one stacked with officers that out rank me.

I was looking for staff positions close to home, and then higher kind of made a good case to stay and knock out my command time with a squared away company that has a lot of metrics in personnel and equipment.

Yep I did. My time here is just before the current commander. The challenge will be continuing the trend. The easy dead wood action are already done.
