Tattoo only made in one place? That's wrong right there, any tat can be copied, anywhere in the world.
If they have his fingerprints and dental records, so do the Marines.

A tattoo is not just a tattoo. Like classic artists the same goes with tattooists. Sailor Jerry did his work and others copy it in the "Sailor Jerry" style. Or a Bob Roberts tattoo. His son, Charlie is similar but has a certain flair.

So some people see a car, others a Ford, others a Mustang. But only a few will know it as a 1966 Ford Mustang fastback coupe GT.
