OAKLAND, CA: Drive by shooting against a California Military Department service member. Anyone in the area of Oakland and Alameda area: Be on the lookout for a 2006-2010 black Mercedes S Class license plate number 7NQR634. The driver of the vehicle was involved in a drive by shooting against a California Military Department service member. The Driver is an African American male, age 20-30 years old, with a tattoo of lettering on the left side of their neck. The service member was unharmed but the driver has not been apprehended. If seen, please notify police immediately.

Yea, there was no reports of injuries, or at least serious ones, but it's still scary. Not sure what branch he/she was a member of. This same type of event also happened about a month prior to this incident down near Los Alamitos.
