    Hey, I'm on UDP too.
I am a professional. I always aim true whether firing single rounds or full automatic. I know neither fatigue nor failure. I would take pride in my work but for one thing, I do not know my target. I am not the one that kills. That distinction belongs to the man who pulls my trigger. I am an assault rifle. My name is Kalashnikov.

What unit you with? Been stationed at Hansen and Schwab, Kinville is small but had some crazy times there. Schwab is awesome if you like the water and beaches, kinda gets boring though. We would go down to Kadena or Foster on the weekends just to get away. I was glad to get on ship and hit liberty ports in Guam, Singapore and Thailand.

One of my funniest stories was on my second udp at Schwab we hit up Kinville just for old times sake to see how it was and i ended up hitting the mojo a little to hard and left by myself. I ended up at Hansen at the barracks room i stayed in on the first deployment 2 years earlier and dont remember how i got there. I woke up and the PFC's in the room said i just walked in and passed out on one of their racks like i owned the place. I guess my body remembered and went in auto pilot.

Have fun and be safe, and whatever you do dont get caught in the Kadena Airmans club or you'll get in serious s..t. But that's another story. Semper Fi

Man I sure do miss kinville. Especially, the mojo. And 50 cent beers down at the eclub on Wednesdays.

And how can I forget Kadena and the banana shows

I miss the Yakisoba and taco rice and cheese, it was the best drinking food. You remember the bar with all the dollar bills hanging all over the walls and ceiling? Quite a few there with my name on them. That Mojo will sneak up on you

BC Street, yakisoba, taco charlies, orion beer, those were the days. I was on the rock in 1978 when they changed driving from the right side to the left side. I remember the radio ad saying to "think left".
