weird twin wire hook bag 1962 surplus attachment device?

I got a 1962 Antenna Bag like this but instead of the style shown here it has two black metal heavy wire U shaped hooks facing each other about 2.5 inches apart. http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/2518504...lpid=82&chn=ps

Anyone know what they are supposed to attach to?

Unfortunately they don't show the backs of the bags.
