    Finally back home!

Some of you may remember me. I have been in Iraq with 2D Light Armored Reconnaissance BN for most of this year. We have made it back safely and I am now back home in CA. We did not lose any Marines or Sailors and gave Al Anbar province back better than we found it. It's great to be home with the family and friends! Now it's time to get the business going again.

    Semper Fi!

Welcome back! Thanks for your service.
Lord, make my hand fast and accurate.
Let my aim be true and my hand faster
than those who would seek to destroy me.
Grant me victory over my foes and those who wish to do harm to me and mine.
Let not my last thought be 'If I only had my gun."
And Lord, if today is truly the day you call me home, let me die in an empty pile of brass.

Welcome back. I just got back last month, and cant say we left Afghanistan any better than we found it (materially speaking).

              glad you were safe.

Hey, congrats on making it back Jim! We just got over in the box a week or so ago. I got to celebrate the Marine Corps birthday with a bunch of army dogs. . .ah well. . . could have been worse!
