    Navy West Match May 1-10

The 2015 Navy matches held at range 116 at Camp Pendleton will be held from 1-10 May. Attached is the link to the USNMT page with additional details. In a nutshell, the matches take place over two weekends of bullseye pistol matches with 1 EIC match each weekend separated by 5 weekdays of 50 shot NMC matches, 2 of them are EIC leg matches. Anyone interested, feel free to pm me with questions. For the entry fees paid, barracks rooms will be provided at no additional costs. This is a good opportunity to get some Across the Course shooting in with very challenging range conditions. Last year I put on 6 minutes of wind with my 80.5 gn Bergers at 600 and had 3 minutes of shift with mirage changes.

      Registration sent, hotel reservation made.

Yesterday I completed testing with the new 185g JHP. Now to crank out a bunch of them, dry fire, and practice at the 50 yard as much as I can.

One of these days I want to compete during the entire week, but I'll just be doing pistol.
