American Spring?

Has anybody heard about this 1 million man march on DC that they're calling "Operation American Spring?

They're anticipating for 30 million people to show up...as much as I would like to see that I highly doubt even 1 million will show up. We've become too complacent

They'll probably get a few thousand, if that, with such a fast approaching date. In order to get those numbers it's going to take another event like what Glenn Beck did a few years back. It's possible to get in to the millions of attendance, but it will take another person like Beck to get enough like minded people worked up enough again to make such an event a success.

Although, I'm not doubting that something like and "American Spring" will happen. Folks in the West are already fed up with BLM, now the East needs something that will get them worked up.

Getting millions of people is all fine and well, it's what those millions of people actually do that matters.

We all saw what happened with Occupy. Lasted for a little while and fizzled out. You need a movement, not a protest. Protests don't accomplish anything IMO.

Believe me, even if twenty million people show up the media will say there were only 20,000. And then cut away to a breaking news about Miley Sirus or justin Beiber....

1-30 million people seems a bit delusional. This is the first I have heard of the event and to get those kinds of numbers wide spread knowledge of the gathering would have been need far in advance.

Maybe I just don't know about it because I'm not in a militia. My wife won't let me join one.

BTW, just for a bit of perspective: 30 million people is one tenth the population of the US.

California Population approximately 34 Million.

I don't see that many people fitting into Washington even if they could all get there...and then...

Mainstream media may not cover this but I'm sure that alternative media like Drudge who is seen as being credible now a days with millions of visitors daily will provide plenty of coverage.

IMO its been co-opted by radical revolutionaries who want to start a violent civil uprising... the same types that showed up at the Bundy Ranch... Alex "Jim" Jones kook-aid drinkers that said I haven't done much to promote it. Too many players too many agendas at play it will fizzle hopefully, the correct movement we need is one like MLK lead! Whether you like it or not we are the new generation of civil rights leaders/ marchers, the movement just hasn't congealed yet

About a dozen turned out. Biggest laugh of the day. They promised to oust Obama and others out of office in an unconstitutional way, yet they say they stand for the Constitution.

What a joke, they don't even know what is in the Constitution.
