    GOA Presents A Realistic Offense

There have been numerous postings on Calguns asking what can be done offensively instead of always being on the defense. Gun Owners of America and Rep. Steve Stockman are offering a possibility in H.R. 4380.

This represents something we've all been asking for.
JPFO Genocide Chart Note that seven of the nine genocides documented in the Genocide Chart were perpetrated against "political opponents." If you're a Christian, a gun owner, and support the Constitution and natural rights, then you are a political opponent to the Marxists who control the CA and US regimes, and to their armies of useful idiots.

The GOA does good work Sent them some money.
California's politicians and unionized government employees are a crime gang that makes the Mexican drug cartels look like a Girl Scout Troop in comparison.

Not unless/until it is enacted by Congress and signed into law by the President.

Every year all kinds of Bills appealing to various groups/interests are written and floated. That's one way Congress members try to show their value to their constituencies. But as they say, "Talk is cheap." What counts is actually, final results. And it's not a "result" until it's law.

This approach worked when the Feds wanted to impose the 55MPH speed limit on the states.

That's when Congress cared about a 55mph speed limit. Does Congress now care about what's going on with guns in Connecticut?

Congress might, but it's dead in the Senate.

If they were really about negotiating anything in this congress/administration, then the Reps would have to give up a lot to get a law like this on the books.

Further, highway money is much bigger than DOJ money.

Mind you that this is not a bad idea, I just don't think it will make it through.

                Good point.

Well, maybe the next Congress will care.

the whole thing is usually a sham and really just a fundraiser by the group...

It all starts with a phone call or email to your congressman !

ACTION: (1) Please urge your Representative to cosponsor H.R. 4380, a bill that would cut off federal Justice Department funds to any state which attempts to confiscate and register firearms.

Others have correctly observed its dead in the democrat controlled Senate !
The value of contacting congress is to begin the process of "fighting" for unalienable rights .
