CCW is but one piece. Open carry and access to NFA permits are what set truly 2A-friendly states apart.
How can states be 'more' or 'less' 2A 'friendly'. That's like saying one husband is better than another because the first only slaps his wife with an open hand when drunk and the other leaves bruises and broken bones on a regular basis. They are both NOT good husbands.

Once you 'enfringe' at all as described by the 2nd amendment, aren't you not '2A friendly'? If the magistrate in Arizona will let a national official arrest its citizens for possession of a machine gun or possession of a silencer, or possession of a rocket launcher for that matter, is that state still '2A friendly'?
