I believe this is a rehash of the letter sent to people who submitted applications but were too late. That's how the specific owners were identified. In addition to receiving their application rejection, they got this letter telling them to surrender their firearm, transfer it to a dealer, or remove it from the state.Comment

^ How else could the police know who already has the guns... unless...It doesn't matter how scary, ugly, uncomfortable, or inconvenient self defense can be. Like it or not, you will never, ever be relieved of your duty and responsibility to defend your life, your family, your country and your freedom.
How much ammo do I need? Enough to last me the rest of my life, and then lot more for later.
