charges will be dismissed. he's a "community organizer", so the judge will excuse his criminal behavior. If he was just a parent of a student in the school, or a local business owner, he would be prosecuted to the full extend of the law.

If he was a well-known face in the movement to pass the SAFE Act, as has been reported, then Governor Cuomo will do his best to persuade the DA not to file charges, or at the least, lower the charges to misdemeanors and slap this guy on the hand with probation. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

                        Made my morning.

                        The best parts are...

He regularly patrols area malls, and city streets in an effort to curb gang-related violence.
So, uh... isn't that behavior frowned upon by the anti-gun people since that fella got into a bit of a twist recently?

                        ...and my favorite ...

“We know this for a fact, that he called out to a Buffalo police lieutenant asking why the school was in lockdown, and that they were looking for a man with a gun.

“Dwayne’s reaction was to get his kids – he had about 50 of them – and make sure they were safe,” Giles explained. “He led them into the cafeteria and closed the doors.”
The man with the gun led 50 kids into a cafeteria and closed the doors!

He needs to be locked up. How can you be anti gun and yet be carrying a gun, what hypocrisy. His excuse will be that he didn't know but ignorance is no excuse to break the law.

Now say the president visited a school would the secret service have to wait outside of the school or maybe leave their guns in the limo 1000 feet away? Probably not.

My question is who knew he had the gun and who called the cops? If concealed is concealed than how would someone get wind of this?

I could see something like this happening in Cali... say double standard lawmaker, someone we all know carries, goes to a school event... Calgunner knows that this person will be attending the school event. Calgunner knows lawmaker will likely be carrying. Calgunner in a epic troll attempt calls a "person with a gun" to the police knowing that there is a high probability that she is carrying and breaking the law. Lawmaker arrested, gets taste of own medicine.
