    KY sounds about right.
"Government, even in its best state, is but a necessary evil; in its worst state, an intolerable one."
    - Thomas Paine, Common Sense

"To argue with a person who has renounced the use of reason is like administering medicine to the dead."
    - Thomas Paine, The Crisis

      Psst, it's fake.
In a state where corruption abounds, laws must be very numerous.
      Publius Cornelius Scipio

Tyranny is defined as that which is legal for the government but illegal for the citizenry.
      ― Thomas Jefferson

Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.
      John Adams

I started to read "National Report", which broke this story and found a lot of interesting things. Did you know that:
Rick Santorum has just been voted "The Sexiest Republican"
NASA: Water On Mars Proves Planet Could Support Riverboat Casino and Hotel
Obama Auctioning Off All Marijuana Seized In Drug Raids Since 2008
National Report Views Muslim Brotherhood Footage Of Obama Meeting With Top Al-Qaeda Members

Very interesting stuff. I think I undrestand what's going on - Obama is planning to use the gun RFID markers to grab all gun owners, get them high on marijuana and ship them to Mars, where they will be forced to work in casinos! Well, they won't get me, I've covered my whole house in tinfoil so that RFIDs in ammo won't work.

It appears to be a county law at this time.

The 10s of thousands of Kentuckians who use and attend the KC events will probably have some recall petitions before the ink is dry on this college town agenda

It's so funny how people believe EVERYTHING because it's on the internets, isn't it?
